Visitor research project, National Media Museum

The National Media Museum in Bradford wanted to test some ideas for future developments with their existing visitors. I worked with consultant Eric Hildrew to deliver two focus groups with adults, exploring their initial reactions to the suggested plans.

 

The focus groups involved adults from a range of age groups; some had recently taken children or grandchildren to visit the museum, some had a specialist subject interest, whilst others were general visitors. Working to a tight deadline, the report was turned around quickly and was well received by the client.
